The weather allowed for a beautiful day out this past Saturday at Nanticoke. With only 3 teams, it was a “Winner Take All” shootout! Although the fish were stacked throughout the bay, the bite was a relatively tough one. Although things started well early, things seemed to dry right up as the day went on. Luckily, some of the key bites did come early and the team of Matt K. and Scott B. narrowly edged out the win with a couple of 5 pounders in their 22.85 lb bag.
Thank you to all who participated. The next tournament is October 19th at Kettle Point. If there is enough interest, we will look at adding either a virtual tourney (October) or a late fall (i.e. November) tourney to finish the year as well.
